The Journal of Opinion, Perception, and Perspective (JOPP) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity in scholarly publishing. JOPP follows the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All parties involved in publishing (authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher) must adhere to declared ethical behavior.
Plagiarism: All manuscripts are screened using similarity detection software. Minor overlaps may be acceptable, but unacknowledged reproduction of text, figures, or ideas is strictly prohibited.
Data integrity: Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data is prohibited. Authors must ensure transparency, reproducibility, and accuracy.
Authorship: Authorship must reflect genuine intellectual contribution. Ghost, honorary, or guest authorship is not permitted.
Conflict of interest: Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest.
Peer review: JOPP operates a double‑blind peer review system. Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts solely on scholarly merit.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) use: Authors may use AI tools for language editing or technical assistance. Any substantive use must be disclosed. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
Access and copyright: JOPP is published under a Creative Commons Attribution license. Authors retain copyright while allowing non‑commercial use with proper attribution.
Misconduct and penalties: Unethical activity (plagiarism, falsification, duplicate submission, undisclosed conflicts) may result in rejection, withdrawal of published articles, and restrictions on future submissions. Severe cases may lead to blacklisting for a defined period.
